Come and have a coffee and a chat- whether its Family History, Finds, Your House, or our events and talks. A new initiative that we are trialling is to start with a quick talk (5-10 mins) on relevant topics to keep everyone aware of any interesting events or historical stories before the group start discussing their current work and plans. For June, Julian Meeson is going to share the finds and stories from the Field Group's activities at the Bloor Homes site.  This starts at the Southern end of Station Road and includes the Black Butts Field ('pony field') to the Folly and Highfield at Church Aston.  Julian will be explaining our work with Bloor Homes and their archaeologists.  You will be able to handle the finds and ask any questions.
