Please come along to our combined Committee and Planning Meeting to help plan the programme fro the forthcoming year. This is an informal meeting in the Railway Tavern, so you can relax with other NDHS members and help the Society grow.
Linda Fletcher and John Ravenscroft will talk about some of the recent additions to the SNAP Project. These are mainly from the large David Adams collection covering from 1930s agriculture to images of the last night the Old bell Inn (now Tempertons). In addition they will show you how easy it is to access the SNAP images on line.
This fascinating talk will be given by Mr Peter West.
Mr Neil Clarke will outline the events leading to the Dissolution of the Monasteries and the consequences for 5 local monasteries: Buildwas, Haughmond, Lillishall, Wenlock and Wombridge.
