We are pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity to spend an afternoon with Thomas Forrester known for his television appearances as an antiques virtuoso on the Antiques Roadshow and Bargain Hunt.
Thomas will tell us about his life with a gavel around the world and provide expert opinions on a selection of your heirlooms. There will be an auction for a Shropshire products hamper conducted by Thomas himself with all proceeds for the day supporting the Newport and District History Society and Victoria County History (Shropshire) (VCH Shropshire).
This money will help research and develop a new and definitive history of Newport and surrounding villages in the VCH Red Book series
