600 Years of Burials at Longford

Dr Cathryn Ross-Talbot will be presenting an extract of her dissertation on burial practices over the past 600 years and focus on a local case study of the graves, vaults and memorials at Longford.  This is a very local view of historical manuscripts, heraldry and excavation records with a genealogical perspective from her research.  It is a poignant reminder and insight into the lives of those who lived and died here before us.
